1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using services provided by Guided Planning Lab at guidplanlab.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Guided Planning Lab offers personalized planning sessions to help clients manage their monthly budget and achieve their goals.

2.1 Refund & Rescheduling for Services

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been delivered. To request, complete the contact form. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session via the contact form. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable due to reserved consultant time.

One-on-one offerings booked within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as consultant availability is held exclusively for you.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides and tutorials designed to assist with planning techniques and strategies.

3.1 Refund Policy for Information Products

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no download has occurred. Requests must be submitted via the contact form. Once the product has been downloaded, no refunds are available.

4. Physical Goods

We sell printed workbooks and planning kits.

4.1 Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Requests must be made via the contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

Items that are opened or show signs of use are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and content integrity.

5. Billing & Payment

All charges will appear on your statement with our business name. Payments are processed through a secure gateway.

6. Changes to Terms

Guided Planning Lab may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at guidplanlab.com. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
